Lincoln Apartment w/ Balcony: 2 Mi to Loon Mtn!

The location was great. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The place could use a little updating. Shower drain needs attention. Water accumulates while showering.

The neighborhood was quiet, which I appreciated. The size was beyond adequate for myself. The interior was clean. The kitchen was well equipped, although I didn't really use it for much. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I was able to sleep quite well.

The lighting could have been better, although it was adequate. I did not like that the full bath was in the hallway. The property is advertised as having two baths, which isn't correct. It has one and one-half baths, with the half bath being in the master suite. That didn't make much sense to me. I didn't like the fact that there were no closets to hang things. There were a set of hooks on the wall near the entry. The closets in each of the bedrooms were locked. The property, so far as I understood, does not allow pets but on two occasions during my stay, I did hear a dog in the adjoining unit that was crying and barking. On the second occasion, I was trying to sleep and did send a message to the contact person. I did not like that there was no alarm clock. While I understand the explanation that an iron and ironing board poses a risk, this is the first property that I have stayed at while attending the NH Highland Games where one wasn't available.

The apartment was very clean. It is well located for area theme parks. Easy to find. Close to grocery store. The WIFI worked great with the password.

We were very lucky to have cool nights for the third week of August. But since we were there to enjoy the local water park we would be counting on warm to hot days. We would hesitate to book again for our water park visit in the future unless some portable AC units were available in the bedrooms. Couldn't figure out how to access live TV but that was probably just our own ineptness with the technology.

I did not notice in the comments that the unit is not air conditioned. We were on the third floor and it was very warm and difficult sleeping. Fans are provided but that was not enough. Also there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the exterior of the building and broken chairs on the balcony
