The Flume Gorge is 10 minutes away as well as the Bike path through the White Mountains.
We require guests to bring their own linens and towels. Queen bed in the bedroom, full size futon in the living room.

Clean quiet comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and videos for a rainy day.

The place is old and looks like it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. The lobby smelled, the elevator smelled, the hall smelled. The carpet was old and needed to be replaced. The floors all creeped from loose wood under the carpet. The elevator didn’t even go all the way down to the lobby. You have to bring your luggage up stairs to get to the elevator from the lobby.
The unit had old refrigerator with no ice-maker. At least there were good old fashioned ice trays to make ice. The floor was vinyl that wasn’t even glued down totally or even cut right in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfortable at all. Cheap mattress on box framed bed.
Definitely not worth the money paid. Glad I don’t spend much time there.
