About this apartment rental
Our unit is in Ocean Forest Plaza which is in the quiet area of Myrtle Beach. It is two stories on the 22nd and 23rd floor with incredible ocean views as far away as the North Carolina border. The Complete tear down and remodel was finished on March 31, 2022. It is impeccably furnished and everything is brand-new. We furnished as if it was our home and we are extremely proud. The many pictures will bear out the above. There is underground and side of building parking. Many excellent restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores etc. within a three-mile radius. It is perfect for four/five adults and two children up to the age of 17. Maximum six. The morning and evening views on the balcony and the master bedroom are breathtaking and very relaxing.

My family loved our visit to Myrtle Beach! The condo/penthouse was spectacular! The owners thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. There were plenty of towels, blankets, beach towels, chairs, etc. The condo is decorated beautifully and very spacious! I enjoyed having the bedrooms upstairs which created a private space when you need some alone time! Lol! Overall, I would highly recommend.

First, I would like to state that the rental is beautiful. The owner did a great job with the renovations. They also made sure that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. They also provided beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, toys). However, my family and I were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen sink was not clean, there was food particles left in the sink. When we pulled back the sheets to the bed in the master bedroom, there were crumbs and PET HAIR! I had to put towels down in order to sleep. That was totally unacceptable! We had to wash the sheets the next morning along with the towels (due to the sheets not being cleaned, we assumed the towels were not cleaned as well). I would suggest buying new towels, the ones provided were dingy and discolored. The sink (located in the room with the shower) in the master bedroom doesn’t drain well. Apparently, there was a water leak that went down into the tenant below us. Maintenance came by twice and didn’t find anything wrong with the rental. Although, this rental was beautifully renovated, the fact that it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival made the experience not so great.
