The location was amazing, close to so much yet away from the busyness. The views were spot on & peaceful. The pool area was very nice, clean and user friendly for our family. Quaint little bar/tavern on location was friendly. Security in the evening was helpful when our daughters got there later in the evening, Thank you Stan. We were not made aware of the check in process being without human interaction but the lady on the phone walked me through it. Appreciated the boogie boards. No noise. Could have used an extra blanket or 2 or 3. Only sheets and light comforter on the beds. Plenty of pillows throughout, yay.I was not impressed with the cleanliness. There was "stuff" in the corners, dirt and hair in the drawers in the kitchens. The laundry closet had a lost sock and lots of lint. The master bath had a known clogged toilet (there was no sanitation band on it like the other toilets). They did have a plumber on sight the next day, thank you. The electrical was not user friendly either. Switches and sockets, we never really figured out. Put a cover over the sockets that don't work. Cover the switches. The lamp in the master bedroom had a note on it that the switch didn't work. The wall of glass with the amazing view was not cleaned. We would be interested in staying again but would hope for some improvement on the cleanliness.
