Sokaki Home - Central Skopelos Town Hideaway

It’s very rare that I give 10/10 to a place. However, in the context of the Sporades and Greece it deserves it. The location is very central. You can walk to center and park for free at the primary school nearby. The house is clean and the neighbors are exceptionally friendly and welcoming . The kitchen has all the utensils and it is possible to have breakfast and order some food and it at the balcony (better the one with the main bedroom for more privacy). Beds are comfortable and it’s possible to sleep in the dark or having the sun illuminate the house. The house has very original hand-made lamps that make the place unique. Giannis is extremely nice and he helped us with everything. We will come back!

Like in several Greek islands, in Skopelos there are stairs. it’s normal. To reach the house and most of the places in Skopelos there are stairs to do. If you expect a flat terrain, you might consider to avoid the center of Skopelos. IMPORTANT: Giannis helped us with the luggage and I found the house very charming for this.

Άριστη τοποθεσία, στη καρδιά Της Σκοπέλου στα μαγευτικά σοκάκια … πρόσβαση με τα πόδια αλλά και με αυτοκίνητο ….όλα καθαρά, 2 μπάνια και 2 υπνοδωμάτια που ήταν τέλειο καθώς είμασταν 4, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και φαρμακείο που είχε τα πάντα… Πραγματικά δεν έλειπε τίποτα από το κατάλυμα …. Μακάρι να καθόμασταν παραπάνω… Ο Κύριος Γιάννης ευγενέστατος και ήταν εκεί για ότι χρειαστήκαμε….

Perfect house! Very spacious (we came as a couple but would easily fit a family or 2 couples). Had everything we needed. Great location :) loved the balcony. Comfortable beds. The host was very responsive, proactive at giving recommendations and answered any requests we had quickly. We hope to be back!!

A spacious and stylish property in good position to the old town despite the steep hills which certainly kept us fit. Nice outside areas. Good helpful contact with apartment owners when required. Washing machine was much appreciated.

Hard mattress on bed in lounge area but I know that is just a Greek thing. Air conditioning needed in separate bedroom area despite supplied fan. A few more larger mugs in kitchen would have been appreciated.
