Relax Inn Bradford

Nice motel. good location. great price. quick reservaton. room was cold when we first got there. but we went out to eat and when we got back it was nice and toasty.

Heat could have been on when we got there and the room warm. could have had a softer pillow or better yet a choice of pillows. mine was a bit hard.

Room very clean and quiet.

Bed's were ok but could of a little more comfortable.

The motel is conveniently located between Kinzua & the Salamanca casino.

Upon checking into the room my wife used the bathroom for a #1. The toilet overflowed and while this normally wouldn’t be a big deal, the water did not stop coming out. She hollered for me to help so I went in & shut off the water supply valve. I’m no plumber but after taking the lid off the tank it was easy to determine the handle, chain & flapper had been manipulated to give the appearance of a functional commode & there was NO WAY that someone didn’t know about it. I took video & photos then went to the front desk. She said they didn’t have another room & that the mop was locked in the maintenance closet until 9AM the next day. We should have left right then but all hotels in the area were booked & we didn’t have much time to get to the casino for the concert. I went back to the room, sopped up the mess with towels then went back to the front desk for fresh towels. Guess what? Towels were locked in the maintenance closet until 9AM the next day. We went to the concert, came back & fell asleep only to be awakened by the couple in the room next door through the thin walls. Yes, it’s THAT kind of motel. We were up & out early to a local restaurant for breakfast then returned at 9AM as advertised to talk about a refund with the key holder. He finally arrived at 9:20 & said that since I booked the room through booking.com I would have to get my refund through them. After MANY calls, so much time on hold & double talk booking.com said the motel was not responding to their calls or emails & therefore I would NOT be getting a refund. I’m embarrassed that I subjected my wife to this trash & will NEVER use booking.com again.

The room has been updated. It had a refrigerator/microwave and cable tv.

The mattress needs replacing, the bathroom door stuck and the bathroom light was on a timer. Not long enough for a shower.

Right location for us as a stop or layover

Room is tiny , no air dryer even from the reception

Not much .not a restful place

It was dirty and falling apart had dead bugs and flies in the room... Security chain missing on the door... noises all night from the other rooms and neighbors TV and car alarms being set... stains on curtains walls things didn't work properly in the room and there was no staff in the lobby to address problems charges didn't match the advertised price online

Was told they do not have non smoking rooms I had little kids ,??? I NEVER EVEN TOOK THE KEY. They said all there rooms smelled like smoke!! Booking .com would not give me a voucher,I know I said non smoking. Customer service( booking.com) said call the motel . I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING. COM AGAIN unless this is resolved
