This will be our last stay here... disappointed.

The restaurant in the hotel. Convenient location

They double booked our room so when we arrived there were a couple women in our room. The hallway smelled like Crack. Yes. That crack. So we got to our new room and decided to pay for another night. Only to be woken up by housekeeping in the morning because they are so disorganized they couldn't update their records or whatever. And the DO NOT DISTURB sign was hung on the door as well.

Good and bad. what’d you expect?

Proximity to my route. Front desk, restaurant, and maintenance/ support people couldn’t be any more friendly or helpful. The on site restaurant is a big plus. Food was pretty good. Plenty of parking by room and easy to get to room. Shower worked great. Comfortable bed. Love the fridge.

The sink in bathroom was stopped up- bad. There was a loud dog in the room next door that had loud barking spells - so annoying. The TV wouldn’t come on. Even looked for a manual button on the back - nope. Traveling on motorcycle- like to get weather forecast.

it was an upscale hotel, just what we needed. The decor is a little dated (which we don’t care about.),, but it was clean and safe and pleasant.

One of my friends said the coffee from the automatic dispenser was on the weak side.

The staff was friendly. My kids liked the room being so close to the pool.

The door to the room was tricky to open and close. Also the bathroom door was very difficult to open and close.

Memorial weekend

The entire staff were extremely nice and helpful , the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was quite a bit to choose from. We would stay again.

Nice staff, terrible room.

Very bizarre accommodation. The room was a great size but very dirty and old. Nice TV, great bed. I didn't have time to eat, but when I grabbed a coffee, the breakfast bar looked great with a lot of choices. The front desk staff was terrific, very helpful and nice.

The room was filthy and unkempt. The only thing cleaned was the bed and bathroom. They changed my room when I said I had a pet but didn't ask what kind - so they put me in a room with access to the dog area. Wires exposed in the room, corners filled with white dust (wish I had a picture) that looked like old school lye to wash clothes with. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom couldn't be used unless the door shut, it was that tiny. Paint was chipping everywhere and cobwebs in every corner - especially near the window, it was a haunted house. Unfortunately, it seems the building is old, which can't be helped, but the management won't get things fixed and the cleaning staff doesn't do their job - which is a failure of management.

It had plenty of dog walking areas, but I people in this city were not dog people.

I didn't like the town so I went to the hotel lounge. After some racist things were said by customers and laughed off by the bar tender I decided to go to the room. The town was beautiful, but the people were just shy of horrible.

Convenient Location, Normally quiet but bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is good. Not quite as much noise from 219 as HIE. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast. Eggs were green because they were in the heated pan too long. The hard boiled eggs weren't fully cooked. I was fine with the coffee but my wife didn't like it. Someone brought their screaming child down the hall at 1:15AM. Someone else apparently had at least one dog in the room - that barked.

CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN, IT’S AN AMAZING HOTEL.

I had reserved a handicap room and was given an AWESOME room. The room had 2 doors, one directly to the parking lot, which I LOVED. It made it so easy and convenient to load and unload the car. The other door was out into the hotel. I travel a LOT for work and this facility had the BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had in all my travels. The bacon was crispy and hot, the eggs weren’t runny. Dining area was large, clean and decorated well.
