Good for an overnight stay.

I liked the location it was convenient to University of Pittsburgh Bradford. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was horrible, oatmeal cold. Needed a full length mirror in the room.

Bradford is my hometown we stay at this location acouple times a year but this was the most disappointing one

It was very nice the furniture was a little beat up tv was hard to navigate

We had two rooms one was above the pool and some guest were partying way past 11pm at the pool then right outside the pool area outside smoking weed my daughter didn’t get any sleep and my grandchildren didn’t either my wife and I had a room a few doors down and someone next to us was wrestling or something in the room next door it kept me up

Great value, good location, reliable Holiday Inn experience.

Breakfast was great and the room was really big - surprised me. Would work for a family. Staff were super friendly and I would stay here again for sure. Not far off the highway either which was nice.

The only bummer I guess was that other than the breakfast there weren't a lot of food options.

That’s you could hear the people above you walking. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming and yelling. Sounded like a herd of elephants coming through the ceiling.

Only reason for5 rating is because I paid for a king size bed and got 2 double beds

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close and affordable to where we wanted to be.

Had to wait for at least 20 minutes before getting checked in. Person in front of us was there longer yet ringing the bell. The bathrooms ( men’s and women’s)by the lobby were disgusting! Me and my wife both came out and headed for our room to use the restroom. I paid for a king size bed and got 2 double beds! My wife and I had to sleep separately!

Convenient and clean

There was a few things that were not up to standard, pool was freezing and says it’s heated. Hair dryer was un mounted and there was a tiny trash can that was in bathroom and nothing else for trash. No soap in shower. The over night person could not figure out how to connect the internet to the lobby television. The time on our booking says breakfast at 6 am. They never opened it until after 6:40 both mornings

Would definitely stay here again

As expected from holiday inn ... very clean and modern but this hotel was exceptional even for them. The bathroom mirror had a presumably heated rectangle that never steamed up. Breakfast was fresh, two kinds of omelet, perfect biscuits and an automatic pancake machine. Loved it.

Disappointed with the price and how dirty the room was.

Common areas were inviting.

Guests and non-guests, along with staff were smoking around the doors. Staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Room was not clean. Kids loved the Pool, but it was very cold.

The breakfast offerings were exceptional. The breakfast area was clean and large enough to accommodate the guests. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Coffee was made by a machine that started with beans and produced coffee in quite a short time!!!!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, more towels were brought to accommodate out family of 5.

The AC unit in the suite was broken so it was tremendously hot in our room both nights which made sleep very difficult after a lot of traveling. Breakfast was less the adequate, upon coming downstairs at approximately 8am everything fresh was completely out (both types of omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy) the only things available were prepackaged or cereal and 1 apple. I asked the lady bringing out the food if more was coming and she said no. She didn’t prepare for this many people- which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion

The toilet in our room would keep running if you didn’t go back and pull the handle up. The pool area was freezing. The pool had small pieces of trash floating in it. There were no pool towels available and used towels were left about.

Check in took 20 minutes. Bc obit one lady working and she was overwhelmed/under trained. There were 3 gentlemen ahead of me trying to pay for a room under a contract rate, but lady couldn’t figure out how to complete transaction. Another party sat on sofas calling third party for their room. It was a debacle.

Disappointing for my family.

Room was dirty, carpeting sticky and filthy. not stainless for family towels for 2 people and no bedding for pull out, one person working nice and helpful but overwhelmed with large groups checking in for a bowling tournament nearby and Penn State Bradford graduation. my family chose to drive six hours home instead of staying a second night on the uncomfortable beds.

Fast friendly check in. Big variety offered for breakfast Everything was hot and well made. The woman doing brkfast was very nice.

The elevator smelled like smoke. The rug in the room was stained along with stains on the chair and foot stool. The fridge was in a very odd spot that made it very hard to get in to.

Ripped off by booking

How can I get refunded?? I booked 2nights , could only use one , online booking said changes to schedule to made through hotel office. I notified them via email. They only charged one night but booking dtill took money for 2nights. Hotel said refunds through booking.. booking says contact hotel .. is this a scam?

Was not impressed.

TV remote did not work properly. Power button worn out. Other buttons worn out. Could not be replaced. Phone in room did not work. Was replaced by staff. Room was on second floor. When guests in room above were walking in their room, floors above were squeaky and annoying. The bed in our room was not comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was not very hot and the fact that each coffee cup was individually wrapped does not make sense due to time to unwrap and waste caused by discarding the wrap. Also lack of chairs at tables in the area, and dirty tables.
