About this house rental
The incredible unobstructed mountain views make this property feel like a true mountain retreat! The property is minutes from incredible hiking, biking, and lake activities (Monument Lake). The amazing thing about the location is that it is also only 2 miles from Downtown Monument which has a beautiful charm to go with its assortment of restaurants and bars. Also, the home is only 3 miles to the I-25 interstate which takes you to Colorado Springs or Denver.

We were in town to visit my dad, who at 93 can’t host us at his house anymore. This house was perfect for us - my husband and I, my daughter, son in law, and their 1-year-old. The home had enough space for all of us, the location was excellent, comfortable mattress in the main bedroom, and we had everything we needed. We were able to find some hiking trails close by and the baby loved the playground in Monument. Would stay there again.

Wasn’t all bad but needed some minor repairs a snow shovel handy would have been nice the tv was not working and had to wait four days to get someone to come get it back online no real directions in writing anywhere a garage was great no wood for fireplace or directions either overall good but I have stayed at much better for the same price or less
