About this house rental
Set on a hill with panoramic views over the Bay of Cupabia, you could enjoy a relaxing holiday in exceptional surroundings. Between the mountains and the sea, above the beach of Cupabia, the residence is located in the small town of Serra-di-Ferro. A total of 115 apartments and semi-detached houses are located on a 6 hectare hillside property with palm trees, shady trees and Mediterranean plants. The complex has a communal pool (heated seasonally, opening depending on the weather) as well as leisure activities such as boules, mini golf and a playground. You can reach Cupabia beach on foot in about 30 minutes, and the town center is 200 m away. In the fishing town of Porto Pollo, 7 km away, there are further beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The well-known Mare e Monti Sud hiking trail leads past the residence.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Occupancy with 2 adults and 2 children up to a maximum of 15 years. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Air conditioning only in the living room. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 25 cm). Car recommended. Baby cot upon availability. Limited WiFi reception.
