Located a few minutes by car from one of the best beaches in Corsica, Cupabia, this typically Corsican stone house has recently been renovated. It has a 1000 m2 outdoor space with trees (oleanders, mulberry plane trees, olive trees, prickly pears, etc.). It is accessed by a tarmac path leading to the house.
Ideal for nature lovers and those who want tranquility because you have the house and its land all to yourself, with no immediate neighbors. You will enjoy a view of the bay of Cupabia.
The house has 3 levels and an independent studio attached to the house.
In total, you will have at your disposal:
- 2 bedrooms with storage (160 x 200 beds)
- 1 office space in the large bedroom
- 1 bathroom/toilet
- 1 annex-studio of 15 m2 including a bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with its adjoining Italian shower room/toilet
- Kitchen, dining and living areas are located in a large room located on the garden level which has direct access to a pergola terrace offering a view of the sea.
Air conditioners are installed in each room. There are also mosquito nets on all the windows.
Household linen is provided (sheets, large and small towels, bath mats) and an arrival kit is offered.
