15 minutes from the sandy beaches of the southern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the village of Coti-Chiavari, independent VILLA, of which you will be the only occupants, not overlooked, exceptional view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the chain mountain, fully equipped with care, ready to accommodate up to 6 people in optimized comfort. Located on a plot of land, fully enclosed, access by an electric gate and private parking.
Its private swimming pool, heated, secured by alarm, out of sight, dimensions 6.50m X 3.50m, depth from 1.70m to 1.10m, with its 80m2 beach, partly sheltered and closed by a guard body in glass and aluminum, is a very popular solarium which allows to spend pleasant moments of idleness.
A large 40m2 terrace, partly covered, with a glass and aluminum railing, allows you to take all your meals in front of an exceptional panorama, day and night, overlooking the gulf and the town of Ajaccio, the village of Coti, the chain of highest peaks in the center of the island, and the marvelous sunsets plunging behind the Sanguinaires Islands.
Ideally located, allowing to go to Ajaccio, the Calanches of Piana, Cargese, the megalithic site of Filitosa, Propriano, Sarténe, Bonifacio, and all the other wonderful tourist sites of the Corsica Region. On the route of the hiking trail 'Mare e Monti Sud' connecting Porticco to Propriano.

Logement conforme à la description. Séjour spacieux avec un acces direct sur la terrasse. Endroit très calme et reposant. Les soirées passées à contempler le coucher de soleil sur les sanguinaires étaient agréables. Un peu éloigné de la ville mais avec une voiture, zéro souci. Propriétaire très discret et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler autour de nous de ce joli endroit.

Villa très belle et pratique répondant exactement à l’annonce. Accueil très chaleureux. Le propriétaire est très discret mais très efficace en cas de besoin. L’endroit est hyper calme et situé à 15 minutes de très belles plages. La vue que l’on a toute la journée sur la Baie d’Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires est juste magnifique!!!! On recommande vivement !

Exceptionally well equipped accomodation ,the views even from our bed were wonderful. Rene was so very helpful and couldnt do enough for us ...so many little extras. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the tranquil peaceful village . Thanks again Rene for everything.
