Cocoonr offers this 140 m² flat with sea and mountain views for rent in Coti-Chiavari, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 53 m² air-conditioned living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 53 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30 m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby.

- Cove within 5 minutes' walk
- Argent beach, 5 minutes' walk away
- Hiking in the Corsican maquis and the Parata massif
- Water sports
- Visits to neighbouring villages and Ajaccio
