Cocoonr is offering this apartment for rent in the town of Coti-Chiavari, featuring sea and mountain views, with a floor area of 140 m² and sleeping up to 8 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a 53 m² air-conditioned living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 53 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- One bathroom with a bath
- One shower room
- Two separate toilets
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 30 m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby.
Activities:
- A cove just a 5-minute walk away
- Argent Beach, a 5-minute walk away
- Hiking in the Corsican maquis and the Parata massif
- Water sports
- Visits to neighbouring villages and Ajaccio
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the indoor garage (one space) or the private outdoor car park (two spaces) at the residence.

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 20 km away
