About this villa rental
Traditional Corsican stone house, entirely renovated interior.
Exceptional view of the gulfs of Cupabia and Valinco.
Located in the hamlet of Cala di Ciglio in absolute calm and serenity on a fenced plot of 5000 m2 with flowers and trees.
Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot from the house by a private path where you can go snorkelling to discover funds with magnificent flora and fauna.
Cala di Ciglio is located 45 minutes from Ajaccio and 40 minutes from Propriano; from these destinations, the GPS will take you without problem to the Cala Di Ciglio sign and 150m after you will find the entrance to the "POGGI property" on the left downhill.
The metal barrier is still open and on the pine on the left you will see the private property sign the blue sign (POGGI property), another 100m and you will have arrived.
In the nearest village of Acqua Doria at 3.5 km you will find a grocery store for your extra groceries and bread, 2 bars cafe restaurants with Corsican specialties and entertainment
The huts of the paradisiac beaches of Cala d'Orzu, Cuppabia are 10 minutes by car.
15 mins from Cala di Ciglio in Verghia you can find boat rentals, jet ski rentals, a diving center next to the silver beach.
From the house, lovely hikes are possible by the sea:
the Genoese tower of Capo Nero
the Genoese tower at the tip of Capo di Muro

Jolie maison de 3 belles chambres très bien équipée (cuisine, clim, petite piscine, TV, plancha, jardin...), face à la mer. Vue magnifique ! Très calme. Très agréable. Belles plages de la Cupabia et Cala d’Orzo à proximité. À prendre en compte : il y a beaucoup de marches dans la maison et il faut compter une bonne heure de petites routes sinueuses pour aller à Ajaccio ou Propriano. La communication avec Gérard a été très fluide avant et pendant le séjour, et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Belle maison au calme avec superbe vue sur mer.
Bien équipée. Mer à quelques minute à pied. Propriétaire accueillant et à l'écoute. Un peu loin des gros commerces mais la tranquillité et la nature authentique fait oublier ce désagrément.

Maison typique Corse à Cala Di Cigliu (entre Porticcio et Propriano)
Avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et les montagnes.
Maison rénovée, entièrement climatisée (quel luxe avec cette canicule !), joliment décorée et terrasse ultra pratique, avec petite piscine idéale pour les enfants.
3 chambres (dont 1 avec 2 lits 140), 2 WC indépendants, grande salle de bains et salon et Cuisine. Impeccable !
La Plage est à 15min à pieds... petite crique privative seulement pour les quelques maisons du Hameau... idéale pour nager, jouer, pêcher et bronzer (prévoir chaussures fermées plage car rochers aussi).
Endroit Calme un peu loin des commerces (1h d’Ajaccio) - idéal pour se reposer et profiter.
Le Propriétaire M.Poggi ultra disponible est très réactif en cas de besoin. Top !! Ainsi que Angela, la petite Fée du Logis qui accueille les Vacanciers+++
