Good location, very close to the Guggenheim and the river. Close to public transport. Had reasonable bars/restaurants/coffee shops very locally.

Silly things like no practical coffee making facilities, only stove top espresso, or toilet roll holder. Using the TV was interesting.

Great location. Close to the main attraction of Bilbao. Easy access to an excellent public transport system.

There are lies about the facilities on the offering page. We paid €30 a night extra compared to other options to get air conditioning. There was no air conditioning; a dehumidifier is not air conditioning, it adds heat to the apartment, and as a result, due to a medical condition, the first two nights I suffered extreme pain and discomfort. A dishwasher was also advertised, but it was absent. There was no welcome pack explaining how to use the heating or how to dispose of waste. There were only 2 cups supplied, and one was chipped. The apartment was not dirty, but the toilet was a little grubby and the T-rool holder fell off the wall as soon as we used the loo. I don't understand why properties falsely list features; this only leads to guests spotting and listing all the faults that they see here.
