The Space:
Beautiful compound in the skirts of Fredericksburg, outdoor bar and hot tub.
Note: The driveway has been resurfaced, a new walkway from the parking area to the gate was installed.
The main house sleeps 8 and has:
- Master bedroom: 1 king bed & a sofa bed with an ensuite master bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
- Full bathroom located in the hall
Guesthouse sleeps 5 and has:
- Bedroom: 1 king bed and 1 full bathroom
- Living room: 1 twin sleeper sofa and 1 full sleeper sofa
Outdoor space:
- Outdoor bar area
- Private hot tub!
- Wood-burning Fire pit (BYO firewood)
- Charcoal BBQ Grill (BYO Charcoal)
- Large backyard!
BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest have full access to the main house, guesthouse, outdoor bar and hot tub.

Located just outside of Fredericksburg, you are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!
Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.
- This property is suitable for children/infants.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

We had a lovely experience while staying in Fredericksburg for dance competition. The house was perfectly laid out for our needs and the expectations were clear and precise. Even though we were in close proximity to stores and shops, we were still surrounded by peace, quiet, and scenes of serenity. The location was incredibly safe, and I felt comfortable staying there with my team. I would definitely book again for the same event or for my own family.

My family and I were attending a wedding at the lodge and wanted a home big enough to accommodate our family and close to the venue. We loved this home at first site. My 15 year old son and 10 year old daughter were a big fan of this home and the outdoors and spent a lot of time outside playing together. Our family enjoyed the outdoor table and playing games that my daughter found in living room. It was also really nice to see them play games with their great grandmother outside eating snacks. We loved this house so much we didn’t even want to leave to the wedding. Also all the beds were very comfortable. There is lots of privacy and it’s very peaceful watching the deer and birds outside.

The house was spacious enough to accommodate 7 people and have privacy. The hot tub was hit and so was the outdoor seating and backyard space. The guest house had not been cleaned because there was dog hair all over the bed and the floor. It was quite disgusting so we washed all the sheets ourselves as we could not find spare sheets and bedding. We were missing spare blankets too which we had to wait for until next afternoon. The property manager did send housekeeping at night but this derailed us a bit from our morning hike plans. The communication could have been better. There wasn’t much of an apology from the management. We would probably find a different place to stay next time.
