This 3300-square-foot, two-story home has five private bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups of traveling friends, family, or business retreats. Four of the bedrooms are on the main level, and one is located on the second floor.
The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. This room offers access to the front and back patios and has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower.
The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private patio. The third king-sized bedroom also offers private patio access. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a walk-in closet for storage. These two rooms share a full bathroom located down the hallway.
The final bedroom is the only room on the upper level. This room has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a laptop-friendly workstation, and a 55” TV. This room also has a twin-size daybed and a twin-size futon to accommodate additional guests.
All four of the beautiful, bright bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries so you can pack light.

The full kitchen is spacious and inviting, with earthy colors and bright lighting. This lovely space is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create delicious meals for large groups, including the kiddos.
There are plenty of cabinets and a full-sized refrigerator to store your favorite groceries. Caffeine lovers will be happy to see the coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee.
Enjoy your meals in the formal dining area, which seats 8. There are plenty of counter stools in the kitchen for additional guests.

We had our family reunion here. Everyone had their own room (boys in the one with the twin beds) and there were plenty of bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed family games in the casita or around the large dining room table. The pool was fantastic. The hot tub didn’t get hot, but the owners were great about trying to get it fixed. We had a really relaxing time. We even met up with our cousins in Johnson City, so that was a bonus.

Very nice country property. The pool was very nice. Great location for visiting the wineries in the area. One of the air conditioners did not work on the property but the property manager got someone out the next morning to fix it.

Such a beautiful home to enjoy family time and enjoy the Texas Hill Country. The home is just beautiful, lots of room and so relaxing. Just minutes away from Texas Wine Vinyards of Fredericksburg and the adorable town of Johnson City.

Perfect house for a multi-couple winery weekend. Great host communication, and everything was as advertised. Super clean, had all the kitchen items for cooking at the house. We would absolutely return to this house again.
