Welcome to our Outstanding Oceanview Oasis! We live in the big city of Houston and love to escape to our quiet beach oasis with family and friends, and we can't wait for you to enjoy the same escape on your next vacation! Our home is located just steps away from beautiful Crystal Beach and boasts fantastic ocean views from the huge deck. Grocery store, gas station, and restaurants are all within walking distance to offer any amenity you could need!
This Outstanding Oceanview Oasis is a great 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview home located in the Crystal Beach area of Bolivar Peninsula. It accommodates up to 12 people comfortably with a spacious master bedroom, two queen beds in one guest room, and another queen plus 2 twin-sized bunk beds in the kids' room.
The kitchen offers everything a chef needs for cooking great meals. The spacious island is perfect for entertaining while preparing your feast.
The huge deck offers great seating and views of the gulf. Half of the deck is covered so that guests can enjoy the views even if the weather isn't ideal.
The ground floor offers a charcoal grill, picnic table plenty of parking spaces (please be careful navigating between the pilings that hold up the house--parking spaces are tight), and beach chairs in the groundfloor storage closet. There's also nice green space behind the house for plenty of outdoor fun.
Parking is available in the driveway as well as in the carport under the house. There is ample parking for all of the guests. Please note that parking spaces are tight because of the structural pilings holding up the house, so please pull in carefully. Larger vehicles may need to collapse side mirrors.

My only suggestion is matrices are too soft, and maybe towels needed to be change.

This place was perfect for our family! Each family member had their own room (full of adults and kids) and it was spacious enough for all of our kids to play while we prepared each meal. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and super close to the beach! Not even a 2 minute walk and you’re swimming in the ocean! I cannot speak highly enough about the hosts and how efficient they were with the entire check-in / check-out process. Very simple instructions and super responsive! If we ever go back to Crystal Beach, we will definitely be staying in this house again!

A friend of mine and I looked tirelessly through VRBO beach houses and we couldn’t resist what we found. We arrived at the beach house and it was extremely neat organized and clean. The amenities, soaps, bathroom, shampoo, towels, coffee pots were very meticulously chosen with very good dishwashers washers and dryers good water pressure in the showers and all of the details were covered and well maintained..

This is surly a one off as the house was in great shape and well maintained. Everything was awesome until the ac stopped cooling first night. Contacted property management and they had a technician there within 30 minutes. Tech finished and said we were good. So first night was okay but cooled off. Really impressed with the speed of service. Second night, nice and cool slept great. Third night it stopped cooling again. Contacted PM again but there wasn’t a tech available. The ac thermostat went blank but the ac cycled and kept the house a sticky 78-80.I do not blame the management at all. The ac looked brand new and probably just a few bugs need to be worked out. Just really puts damper on things when the one thing you want after a long hot day is a functional HVAC system. Especially with 6 young kids. We loved the layout of the house and all details given were as described.
