Toilet in main bathroom tilts to the right. Floor throughout house is warped and boards have big gaps in them. Something is dripping off side of the house making water puddles all under the house. Didn’t see outdoor shower. Table in front bedroom is about to fall down. Dishwasher isn’t connected to counter. Washing machine difficult to operate due to delay. Bed layout is strange with king size bed in same room with 4 double bunk beds and en-suite.

The home was clean and close to the beach. The neighborhood was very nice. Everyone was friendly. The house was worth the price paid. As mentioned, it was clean and had all the things we needed for a week stay. I thought the bed was great. My wife felt it was too firm. Some of the lights did not work. The A/C was wonderful. The washing machine only put out hot water. There was plenty of hot water for showers and baths. The coffee left for us was very good and we had enough for the week. We were there on a bird watching trip and there were many different species there at the house to see. The grill was fine. If you are looking for some fancy pants place to stay this is not it. It was however, an honest home that was fine for the week. We were gone most of each day anyway. As a couple there was plenty of room. I would not want to stay there with 10 people however. We would stay here again.

Great house. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Very clean. The only problem is a streetlight on the bedroom side let a lot of light in the rooms. I kept thinking the sun has risen when it was 2a. I would most definitely stay there again and would recommend as well. I had a wonderful stay.

We are a family of 4 adults and two dogs that stayed here for a week in October. The location of the home is a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and was efficient for our needs. We had some maintenance items come up and notified the owner immediately. They were very responsive and on top of anything we contacted them about. The only downfall was the storage space in the rooms. My husband and I were in the room with one bed and it was a tight space. There are no closets or storage cabinet aside from night stands in the room. We used the room that was being unused to put our clothes and bags. Had we needed all 3 rooms I think storage would have been an issue. I would suggest finding away to add dressers or some kind of portable closets to the rooms to store belongings.

If you are looking for cheap and no extra this might be the place otherwise not kid friendly nor safe: the stairwell going up to the main decking and front door has a huge gaping hole that a small child could easily fall through. The microwave doesn’t work. The house is very warm at night. The running water to the tubs/showers is mediocre. The house was barely cleaned for our use and definitely the floors had not been mopped..my kids feet turned black just walking around on the beach house flooring. The interior is lacking proper upkeep and maintenance Also the exterior patio under the beach house had substance dripping from pipes. Exposed wiring. The exterior house lacked a water house which would be super friendly and helpful being a beach house to rinse off beach stuff or even your kids. The exterior of the house is definitely lacking proper maintenance and upkeep. Pictures online are not entirely what you get. Our check in code was provided to us around 3 and house keeping was still on site when I showed up , what appeared to be them smoking at the picnic table On the carport under the beach house. I left to return later with the kids to find the house in sub par clean state. Again, if you are looking for a no thrills /frills cheap place to stay for the night , this is it. Otherwise , would not suggest for family with kids wanting a nice beach stay.
