Spacious pre-hurricane IKE Beach House – Sleeps 14.
Cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is the perfect getaway for families or large groups. Comfortably sleeps up to 15 with flexible sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and open living space. Five minute walk from beach with a large deck for relaxing, dining, or entertaining. Your coastal retreat awaits!
Currently the ice maker is not working.
Emerald Beach One has always been a favorite spot in Crystal beach. TJ`s is at the entrance of the neighborhood. A mile and half from Margaritaville and a mile from the center of Crystal Beach.
* **Guest Requirements:** The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
* **Check-In / Check-Out:** We perform a deep cleaning between each stay. Because of this, early check-in and late check-out are not available.
* **Septic System:** The home uses a grinder septic system. Please flush **only toilet paper**. Do not flush sanitary products, wipes (including “flushable”), tampons, diapers, or any other items. Damage caused by improper use will result in full replacement charges.
* **Doors & Windows:** Due to high humidity in Bolivar, please keep all doors and windows closed. Leaving them open may cause damage to the home’s interior. A $225 extra cleaning fee will apply, and any additional damage will be charged at full replacement cost.
* **Thermostat:** The thermostat is set and cannot be lowered below 71°F.
* **Pets:** Dogs are welcome, but:
* Keep pets off furniture.
* Rinse and dry dogs after beach visits before entering the home.
* If your dog sheds, please bring blankets to cover furniture.
* Let us know in advance if your dog sheds heavily so we can provide a vacuum.
* **Smoking & Fire Safety:**
* No smoking inside the house or on decks.
* No open flames, fires, or fireworks on decks.
* Dispose of cigarette butts properly if smoking under the house.
* Any burn damage will result in full replacement charges.
* **Occupancy:** Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Any unregistered individuals will be considered trespassing.
* **Identification:** We may request ID for all registered guests. IDs must match the reservation. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation or removal from the property.
* **Deck & Outdoor Use:**
* Keep all deck furniture on the deck.
* Rinse off sand downstairs before entering the house.
* **Beds & Trash:**
* Please leave any used beds unmade.
* Trash bags are provided—please bag all garbage before placing it in outdoor bins.
* **Verification:** Your Airbnb profile must represent a real person. Reservations may be canceled if the profile image does not clearly show an actual individual.
