Beach Bum is a comfortable 4‑bedroom, 2‑bath beach home with a true split floor plan featuring two bedrooms on each side of the house. The master suite sits on one side for added privacy, paired with a second bedroom, while two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath are located on the opposite side. The bathroom on either side has a door to the king room and could provide 2 ensuite master bedrooms for 2 couples to enjoy privacy. This layout works perfectly for families, couples, or groups who want space to spread out.
The open living and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find both Keurig‑style and drip coffee makers, plenty of cookware, and everything needed for easy meals at home. High‑speed internet, smart TVs, and beds made with fresh linens are included for a stress‑free stay.
Outside, Beach Bum offers a great setup for families: a fenced yard, large play set, shaded hangout area, charcoal grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off or showering after beach time.

Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted.
