Attached to the property, with its own entrance from garden, is a self-contained annex, allowing separation if desired, with open plan kitchen/seating area and modern bathroom boasting bath and walk-in shower, and stairs leading to a lovely double bedroom overlooking the garden. You will find it hard to tear yourself away, but should you manage to do so, you will find a wealth of local attractions to explore and enjoy.

Visit Thetford Forest for High Lodge Forest Adventure, Go Ape high ropes course and lots of great walking and cycling routes. Or be at the stunning North Norfolk coastline is under an hour and enjoy wide sandy beaches, marshes, quays and lots of great places to eat, drink and shop. The fine city of Norwich is also within easy reach and here you will find a splendid Norman castle, a beautiful cathedral and numerous museums and attractions.
