It was a really lovely warm, homely,comfortable stay! The owners were amazing and very welcoming too

We loved how spacious it was, with how homely it was aswell,there was a welcome hamper aswell which we thought was really sweet, plenty of space to unpack and relax, my oldest daughter loved the game room, she would take herself of to relax in there, the rooms were huge and also really comfortable, would 100% recommend, the owners were very open and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Thank you to Maddy who left us a lovely hamper on our arrival. The house is specious and work for a large group. House close to a pub and other lovely location. Everything you might need is in the house for cooking .

The size and cleanliness was great. The layout with one bedroom/ dressing room/ en-suite downstairs with a good layout of 4 bedrooms upstairs. Enclosed garden for the safety of our dogs and vehicles. All possible facilities for everyday living was all set in place. Location in a quiet village but was easily able to get to beach resorts of Cromer, Wells next to the sea, and a visit to Sandringham all within less than a 30 minute drive.

Fairview House Colkirk

Very spacious , excellent facilities.. Beds were very comfortable . Well stocked kitchen /diner. Overall excellent quality . Local pub restaurant 5.min walk. Lovely park for children 5 min walk. Very well situated forr visiting the coast Old Hunstanton, Brancaster, Holkham , Wells, Blakeney , Sheringham. All in all we were all (5 adults 4 children) very pleased with Fairview House and Colkirk

Great property and great location

Property was of a good size and well equipped. Plenty of bathrooms for number of guests and lovely big dining table to be able to eat together.

There was nothing we didn't like, a suggestion could be to move the dog cage where the single chair is and make the living room area in the kitchen more seating to accommodate more bums on seats together. But wasn't a problem just a potential suggestion 😊

Wonderful large house with all the convienances needed for 7 of us.

Lovely house with well stocked cooking pots, pans, everything needed to prepare and serve meals for 7 people. Very comfortable bedrooms to sleep 7. Location great for daily drive of about 20 to 30 minutes to spectacular Country Houses in Norfolk - Houghton, Felbrigg, Holkham and Blickling, as well as tow2ns of Walsingham and Cromer (a bit further).

Perfect property for group of friends

Great location for getting to Norfolk coast & the broads. Huge house with really comfortable bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms. Really impressed with kitchen that so much crockery & cooking utensils that didn’t want for anything & with large party made lots of meals times really easy! BBQ and garden great.

Could do with another big 3 seater sofa in kitchen as not enough comfortable seating for 10. Another few garden chairs also be great but felt like fairly newly renovated property so sure this will be added in time!

The property exceeded all expectations. It was furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Maddy the owner was very helpful and her recomendation of The Railway Arms at North Elman for Sunday lunch was spot on as our visit there was also exceptional. Will definently be returning to both.

Ein erlebnisreicher und traumhafter Aktivurlaub mit dem Gefühl im eigenen Haus zu wohnen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für 2 Familien. Überaus gehobener Komfort und viel Platz für die individuellen Bedürfnisse. Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sehr gut informiert. Insbesondere auch der wundervolle Begrüßungskorb. Die Lage ist ländlich aber schöne Ausflugsziele sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit den Bewohnern im Dorf kommt man schnell in Kontakt. In diesem Haus in Colkirk fühlt man sehr schnell wie zu Hause.
