Lovely caravan with view and brilliant hosts

We loved the caravan itself and the view as well. We were overlooking the farm which had the October festivities running during our stay too, which we did visit. We drove and parked closer to the beach as it was windy and our kids had been walking around a lot of the day. The beach was quiet with lots of sea birds and exploring to do. The shower was great and the caravan warmed up quickly in the morning. We didn't expect WiFi but the password was provided and it helped entertain the kids during down time we had in the caravan. In the kitchen there are enough utensils etc to cook dinner in the caravan, which we did one night of our stay. Our kids have ice lollies wherever they go and there was a spacious fridge freezer as well to keep these. The host was exceptional and gave loads of info on things to do during our stay, where to eat etc. Overall definitely somewhere we would visit again.

In the evening we like to head to bed earlier (11ish) and there was noise outside (barking dogs, people walking by chatting, car doors being closed- nothing outrageous) which disturbed our sleep both nights, although the kids in the twin were fine. The shop on site was closed so the nearest was a 10 minute drive and there isn't a park or play area on site for the kids (that we could see). We didn't see any play parks on our drives in the area although there could be one we are unaware of.

Quiet, Cleanliness, Comfortable, Location and View are fantastic!

This property exceeded our expectations and met all five of our top requirements; Quiet, Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, and View—all of which are fantastic! The space is quiet, impeccably clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We had everything necessary for cooking simple meals and maintaining the area during our stay. The host, Heather, is excellent and communicates very quickly. The morning sounds of birds and cattle were incredibly relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic view of Ailsa Craig (which we nicknamed 'The Cupcake'), especially when the morning cloud capped the summit, completing the 'cupcake' illusion. We stayed in the third week of October and were thrilled to watch the sun set directly outside our balcony. We left the place almost exactly as we found it. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning again.

The caravan was lovely, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The view from the patio doors was incredible, and the holiday park was very peaceful. I booked last minute and contact from the host, with all the information I needed, was very quick. I would highly recommend this place.

The location was ideal for attending a wedding at Trump Turnberry. Loved the view of Ailsa Craig from the caravan, as we stay on the other side of it. Price was great too.

Lovely, spacious home with nice views and peaceful surroundings.

This particular property was much bigger than I was expecting. There are plenty of windows for light and views. It also has an en-suite toilet and sink off the main bedroom, which is very useful. The park where it is situated is also very quiet and peaceful.

The mattress was a bit soft and bouncy. Be prepared to drive almost everywhere. We wanted to cycle to Girvan one day, but there are no pavements along the main road, so we had to take the bicycles in the back of the van to the destination first.

It was on a beautiful spot, on the Caravan park. Also the owner was very helpful when I phoned her a couple of times.

Excellent place to stay

I'm in the Girvan area regularly for work and as such, I've stayed in pretty much all of the local hotels, Airbnbs, etc. However, Heather's static caravan is without a doubt one of my favourite places to stay, and so I've stayed here several times. The space is well-equipped with all the furnishings and appliances you could need, and the bed is exceptionally comfy. In addition, the interior is well decorated and very homely, which goes a long way to making the caravan feel like a home-away-from-home. Excellent value for money. The WiFi is a decent speed and suitable for most tasks, including streaming and video calls. If there's ever been any questions or concerns, Heather has been very helpful in resolving.

The access lane could do with some repairs. Maybe some local walking maps would be helpful (We struggled to find a path from Turnberry Lighthouse to Curzean Castle)

Caravan was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. It had a lovely homely feel to it and we felt very welcome. The holiday park has a swimming pool and clubhouse which we used when we there. Would certainly recommend this caravan to others.

The caravan was modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We loved the sea view across to Ailsa Craig. The decking is very nice - great place for a wee drink. We enjoyed our swim in the pool - which was nice and warm. Lovely stay, hopefully be back sometime soon.

Perfect stay for the peaceful rest

Modern and cozy caravan. Perfect for peaceful weekend. 11 minutes drive to Girvan with cafe, restaurants, big pool with children’s soft play zone. Great sea-view to the Arran island. In the field you can see deers right from the caravan terrace. We are so grateful for the pleasant stay.

Really good comfortable warm holiday home with a helpful host . Would certainly return.

The location was very good with long views toward the sea and Ailsa Craigh. As tge home was in an elevated position it made views really good. Also overlooked a brook and fsrmland with birds singing.

It was all very satisfactory. The luxury Holiday home exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped with really nice shower and comfy beds. Also a very good WiFi system and TV with Movies. I watched No Time to Die was great.
