Stylish haven for wine lovers.

Owner communicated very well with us prior to arrival, so we had all the information necessary to check in. The property was easy to locate, with clear signage for parking and key collection. The second floor “Riesling” apartment was beautifully styled to a high standard, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plentiful information about local services, restaurants and attractions were available in the welcome book. We found a large supermarket with fuel station just 10mins by car. Strong wi-fi throughout, good water pressure in the gorgeous shower and cool enough with the blinds drawn during the high temperatures to not miss air conditioning. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the offers provided by the owners of the Weingut but I would imagine a wine connoisseur would be in heaven here. If I was visiting the Rhine valley, I would recommend this as a great base.

There was some noise from the neighbouring apartment but not enough to spoil our stay. The recycling takes a little organising but with the clear instructions in the welcome book and check out instructions, this worked out fine.

Perfect place for relax

The hospitality of the owners was amazing, the apartment was clean and well equipped, everything was new and the design is more than beautiful. We enjoyed our short stay very much, hope to get the chance to go back. We arrived later than we expected and there was no issue to check in, Thank you for the great support from Bettina! Location is nice and quiet, was calm to walk there with our small dogs. The apartment is connected to a wine shop and they have very tasty wines, so highly recommended to visit Weingut Huff-Doll!

One thing what is not so important, that there is no food shop in walking distance. This wasn't issue as you can find many options in near towns but you need to calculate this if you planning your stay there.

Wine and Weinachtsmarkt with friends and a dog.

We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. We hebben een wijnproeverij gedaan, dit is verzorgd door de gastvrouw met uitgebreide informatie over de wijnen die ze maken. Het verblijf was meer dan prima! We hebben ons een aantal dagen prima vermaakt. De hond was ook mee, en dit was geen enkel probleem.

Wir haben schon wiederholt beim Weingut Huff-Doll übernachtet und sind jedesmal begeistert vom Komfort, der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter des Weinguts. Außerdem schmeckt der Wein hervorragend! 😉

Nous avons été reçus par Bettina, très sympathique qui nous a offert une bouteille de leur excellent Riesling. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé, la literie très confortable. Horrweiler est un joli petit village très calme. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’an prochain.

Perfekter Ort für eine entspannte Weinreise

Es gibt 3 neue Ferienwohnungen auf dem Weingut, wir hatten die FW Silvaner für 2 Personen im 2. OG. Die FW ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist relativ groß, die Wohnküche modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Frau Doll ist sehr sympathisch, wir haben uns bei einer Weinverkostung (sehr gute Weine mit guten Preis/Leistungsverzeichnis gut unterhalten. Mit der Bahn waren wir in 6 min in Bad Kreuznach, dort haben wir uns für 2 Tage Pedelecs ausgeliehen, KRN bietet die Räder im Internet an. Die Gegend um Bad Kreuznach ist für Radfahrer gut erschlossen, da viele Radwege. Das Weingut ist auch per Bahn (Bahnhof Gensingen-Horrweiler) und Bus (235 hält vor dem Weingut) gut zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind es nur 2 km. Wir können das Weingut nur bestens empfehlen!

Man kann sich gut erholen, aber Zeit war zur kurz und schnell wieder abreisen. Etwas länger würde schöner!!❣️🌹🍷 Dankbarkeit,für schöne Zeit der Natur und Wein als Geschenk,ich werde irgendwann ausprobieren!!😊

Leider Verbindung mit Bus,ist schwerig, besser würde mit Auto kommen, da man noch Einkaufen musst wenn man noch länger bleiben soll..
