Our 50 m² apartment / attic studio is located in the middle of the old town of Rüdesheim am Rhein. Kitchen with kitchenette, living / dining area with sofa bed and flat screen TV, bedroom with double bed attic studio, daylight bathroom, wifi. Nichraucherwohnung, cot / high chair, towels and bed linen are provided for you.

The appartement is great and we had everything we needed. The location is perfekt, so one does not need a car to get around. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Schwalbenest. It was really cute. Everything was clean and tidy and the hosts were really helpful and friendly. It was a great location right in Old Town yet was really quiet. We could walk to everything.
Some of the other reviews mentioned a lot of stairs. This is true but my family didn't mind at all. It is worth climbing the steps for such a little gem of a place. Michael even helped us with our luggage. We would definitely book this place again if ever in the area without hesitation. Thank you Michael and Monika!

Michael and Monika were great hosts. It was very warm during our stay. But the location is so close to restaurants, bars and shopping. We had a great stay!
