Bien situé, le logement est très joli avec une belle décoration, les murs en pierre très beaux, une salle de bain magnifique. C'est frais et agréable pour un hébergement en sous-sol (fenêtre en jour direct uniquement dans la cuisine). L'hôte a été très réactif et disponible, le petit déjeuner tout à fait correct.
Sur les points faibles : le logement est nettement moins lumineux que sur les photos. La literie n'est pas très confortable (matelas un peu creusé, lit qui grince). Il n'y a que le strict minimum pour cuisiner (très peu d'huile, plus de sel ni poivre, peu de couverts).
Et surtout la mauvaise surprise qui vient dégrader la note globale : nous n'avons pas été prévenus qu'il y avait des travaux à l'étage supérieur, au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, entraînant d'importants bruits de perceuse avant 8h du matin. Il n'était donc pas possible de se reposer sur les 2 matins de présence, ou de prendre un petit déjeuner au calme.

Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι, εάν έχετε πολλές αποσκευές. Μπορείς να την περπατήσεις, αλλά επειδή είναι κάπως κουραστική, καλύτερα να πάρετε ένα ταξί.

Nice flat, convenient with luxurious decoration.
Smart tv with Netflix. Quiet place to stay

Would prefer more light (natural) to the apartment.

We were wowed by the nicely designed space. Loved the lighting around the spacious apartment. The sleeper sofa is comfortable. My kids had the best sleep. They also enjoyed the large tv with Netflix. We did not use the kitchen but it is outfitted with new and modern appliances. Freshly baked goods were left at our door every morning. Our toddler had a pair of pants which we did not realize we lost until we found it hanging outside the door. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Spetses!
