Location was great, easy walk to everything

Loved the building and the location so close to town. The house was very well equipped and everything clean and ready for our stay.
I would say that as we were a group of six, it would have been good to have more than one key. Also, previous renters had left the sun umbrella up in wind and destroyed it, it hadn’t been replaced in time for our stay. Information/communication about the house could be improved: the shower wasn’t working upstairs, then we worked out it was separate from downstairs boiler switch and had been turned off. Most properties we have stayed in has a welcome folder full of info: where to put the rubbish etc that would be helpful!

Le logement n'était pas très propre,
Sur la terrasse de l'étage, une vitre de la table cassée avec bouts de verre au sol
une salle de bain sans eau chaude, un geste commercial aurait été bien venu et des excuses pour le désagrément
Peu d'explications à l'arrivée
Un fauteuil auquel manque un bras (ca ne fait pas propre)
pas de mot de bienvenue
un service en ligne réactif sauf pour ce qui ne va pas...
