This property is centrally located in Spetses Town and is within easy walking distance of everything. It is also quiet, with plenty of outside space to sunbathe.
The flat has been converted from the basement of a house and as such it is very dark. When we were there we were the only guests but I worry that when it is busy, there would not be a lot of privacy.
We also thought the the description of the flat as being ‘luxurious’ is not particularly appropriate.

Location, ample space. Very polite and responsive owner.
Easy to communicate with a very responsive owner, who was not at the property. The local contact had to be reached indirectly.
