Great and comfortable stay.

The property is very clean, just like the pictures, and well organized. The view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is extremely helpful, left us welcome snacks and was always available on phone, in case of any requests/questions from our side. The area is very relaxing and everything at walking distance, hence the overall experience was great. Highly recommend this property and the hospitality of the owner!

Very correct and responsive host! Gave us detailed information about the apartment and how to get to the house the easiest way. The apartment is spacious, with everything you need. Air conditioners, TVs, good WI-FI, Netflix, You Tube, mosquito nets, external blinds. Large terrace overlooking the beach.

Wonderful sea view and amazing host

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and has two balconies. The bigger balcony is equipped with a large table and chairs and an awning against the sun, it offers a wonderful sea view and is perfect for relaxing. There are moskito nets in windows and each room has its own AC unit. Kitchen is well-equipped and basic supplies like sugar, salt, coffee and tea are provided. Easy check-in, keys are in a key box. We came at night and we appreciated that the owner had left some food for us in the fridge for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful place, just a few steps from sandy, well-maintained beach and several cafés and tavernas, sea is shallow, suitable for children, water is crystal clear. Two big supermarkets are 5-10 min away on foot, easy parking in front of the house. Most importantly, the owner is very friendly, attentive and responsive, makes sure the guests have everything they need. The whole area is very beautiful and there’s plenty to explore if you have a car. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again.

Everything! First impression: very clean, spacious, and a beautiful view from the balcony! The hosts were very nice, kind and helpful. We really appreciated that they left some snacks, water and ice tea in the fridge. Really grateful as well for the recommendations for moving around, restaurants and for choosing the best local products. Easy access to the beach. Shops, tavernas, and bakeries are really close nearby. Quiet surroundings, you can definitely get a good night's sleep. AC, washing machine and other appliances work well. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking in front of the house. We were so happy with everything, recommending this accommodation 100%. We would like to come back for sure!

Mansion luxury really fulfilled our expectations about everything.. It was really clean, nothing was missing there, even in the kitchen. Location was really good in a quiet place, near the sea and with wonderful sight to the sea also.. We felt really comfortable and enjoying our stay here to the fullest. Owners are really lovely, helpful people always here for you when you need them, really friendly🙂They pleasured us with nice presents (handmade cake.. and so on) If I could rate it more than ten, I would!! Paulina and George, thank you for everything 😊We really reccomend and hope to see you again!

The apartment is perfect! Good location, very confortable and spacious, nothing si missing (you have absolutely everything you need from sald and pepper to detergent for the washing machine). The owner is very friendly and supportive, he offered a nice welcoming gift (homemade cake, wine, water, pods for the coffee machine). Thank you so much for everything!

Best stay ever!

The house was at a great location. The apartment had an excellent sea-view, big terrace, clean rooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets. The host was super friendly, had stocked the fridge and kitchen with all needed for cooking: olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. There was everything one needs.

This was the most perfect vacation ever, nothing to dislike. If I could have given a higher rating, I would. Greece is really best vacation destination, we visit every year, but this stay was just more than exceptional.

Exceptional accomodation in Psakudia/Sithonia.

The apartment is very clean and everything is new. The host, Mr. George, is very kind and helpful, when we arrived at the location he offered us several pots with handmade jam from his mother, a bottle of natural olive oil and a pack of olives, all of them as a welcoming gift.

We don't have complaints, everything was perfect.

Хозяин жилья , узнав что мы прилетаем ночью, позаботился и купил в холодильник еды. Это было очень кстати. Приехали голодные. Квартира очень чистая и комфортная. Пляж рядом. Но рекомендую брать в аренду автомобиль. Так как городок маленький и в округе много мест где можно побывать. Рекомендую семьей эти апартаменты. Не пожалеете

Amplasarea aproape de plaja cu balcon mare ce are vedere la mare. Restaurante in apropiere și un magazin de unde te poți aproviziona. Apartamentul este dotat cu toate facilitățile astfel încât sa te poți simți ca acasă.

Nu am gasit lucruri negative.

Locatia aproape de mare, intimitate, confort maxim. Apartmentul spatios, 2 dormitoare cu aer conditionat, terasa mare cu vedere la mare, parcare gratuita. Gazda foarte atenta la nevoile noastre, dispus oricand sa ajute, sau sa ne indrume.

Apartamentul este spatios, luminos, balcon cu vedere la mare, balcon cu vedere in spate. Proprietar amabil si prompt. Are doua camere mari, living mare, TV in fiecare camera, aer conditionat in ambele dormitoare. Sunt suficiente locuri de parcare in jurul imobilului.

Ceva probleme cu internetul, routerul parea instabil. Proprietarul a spus ca va rezolva! Ar mai fi nevoie de niste ustensile in bucatarie, unele sunt vechi, Proprietarul a spus va cumpara lucruri noi. Nu are incalzire centralizata ci doar cu aer conditionat in cele doua dormitoare. Daca este vreme rece, in living este racoare dimineata cand te trezesti. Ar mai fi utila o sursa mica de incalzire (panou cu infrarosu) in living. Baia este cam mica si putin incomoda amplasarea cabinei de dus.

Fantastisch appartement vlakbij zee.

Het is een fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden en wifi, wasmachine aanwezig. Goede ligging, rustige buurt, uitzicht op zee en strand dat op 100 meter afstand ligt. Psakoudia is een klein dorp met diverse bars en restaurants en supermarkten. Eigenaar George zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Werden verrast met diverse spulletjes zoals wijn, olijven en olijfolie en zelfgemaakte cake en jam. Ook tips om de omgeving te verkennen.

Wel een oven aanwezig, maar geen magnetron. Verder was alles prima.
