We would stay again.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, modern throughout, good selection on tv, comfortable beds, nice lounge, lovely bed warm. Really helpful host.

Bathroom is downstairs, slight damp smell as you enter kitchen, no sensor light outside.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable.

It was difficult to work out the heating but the owner responded quickly and gave instructions. It would be useful to have had these beforehand. There was no salt or pepper in the property although there were other condiments.

Great location for visiting our family.

Only very basic cooking utensils, some of which were dirty. Black mold in bathroom and shower head that sprays all over the bathroom as soon as taps are turned on full.

Very clean and the host was amazing! Warm, cosy aesthetic of the house.

It can get pretty cold at night and we weren’t too sure how to turn the heating on, but with some blankets it’s fine.

Lovely Host with an excellent property, spoiled slightly by the bathroom.

Rooms are well decorated and well kempt. Communication with Host was brilliant. Accessing the property was easy. We were allowed to stay longer on checkout day than we intended. Host was very amenable.

There was only one bathroom - not two as advertised. That bathroom was dirty - mould on the bath and shower curtain. Curtain rail was failing down. The property was excellent otherwise, the bathroom really let it down.

Excellent facility, great value.

The location, the facilities worked perfectly for me and my engineer from overseas to stay whilst working on an engineering project for our client in Sheffield. Roomy enough for the two of us, with a well equipped kitchen for breakfasts and a few dinners over a good week. Highly recommend it.

Lovely home in Sheffield.

Loved the style of the house, felt very communal. We all really enjoyed our stay, me and my partner being the ones who got the top bedroom were very happy with the view from the window! Loved looking out there during the night and day. Its in a good spot because there's a bus stop a 5 minute walk away which gets you into the city. All round, great place to stay.

The only problem we had was that when in the living room there wasn't lots of comfy seating options for everyone, only one sofa that could fit 4 people maximum. This place houses 6 people so it was slightly awkward.

Ideal for small families and close to facilities

The house was in a great location for what we needed. It was perfect for our family with 2 young children as they loved the bunk beds.

Home away from home

It was modern, well presented with all basic amenities like hand soap, washing liquid, sponge, shower gel, toilet paper as well as your luxuries like wifi. It felt like a home away from home. Communication from the staff was excellent and they were on hand to help if we needed it.

It does probably require some maintenance around the home, such as the sealant changing around the bath, stairs and doors are quite creaky. But its nothing that majorly affected our stay. Just had to creep around so I didn't wake the kids up.

In terms of value for money, one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Me and my friends were there for a night and have absolutely nothing to complain about, check in and out was a breeze on top. Would recommend!
