My piece of heaven penthouse located ocean front

We had lots of bumps in the road at the beginning of our stay, but Sam was willing to communicate with us. The end of our stay was much more relaxing.

My kids and I enjoyed very nice place to stay

This property was pretty cool. The kids loved it. There were so many hot tubs, two pools and two lazy rivers. Also it’s right on the beach. The room was very nice and comfy. The furnished kitchen was helpful so we didn’t have to eat out the entire time. We had a very minor issue but the host was right on top of things and came immediately to rectify it. Our only issue was with the hotel elevators and that has zero to do with the host as they have no control over that. Would 100% stay again. Also you can park across the road and walk through a breezeway to the hotel instead of having to walk across the street.

The room was good except the pull out couch. There was stuff all over the bed protector. I also needed more toilet paper, so I went to the lobby to get some, but they didnt want to give me any because I didnt book the room directly through them. I went through Vrbo for a better rate. I think that was ridiculous, it is still there resort.
