Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S, hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S, Crown Reef at 29th Ave S. featuring a year-round waterpark, as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.
Our condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk and exclusive access to our seasonal, on-site H2OASIS Waterpark, featuring three 40-foot-tall waterslides, a kids’ slide, and a splash zone!. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.)

This condo looks exactly the same in person as it looks on line. It is very clean and beautiful. In addition, the location is great. We were able to walk to Family Kingdom and the boardwalk. The rides to the airport and Broadway at the Beach were 10 minutes or so. The front desk staff at the Landmark was fantastic and they made the check-in and check-out process very easy.

Arrived at apartment at check in time. Immediately we were accosted by a horrific smell. We assumed it was from some
Cooking that had been done by previous renters? We then noticed that all of the cushions were off of the couch and piled on the coffee table. The pull- out couch was left halfway pulled out? After a few tries my Husband was unable to push the couch in and we called housekeeping to come and fix it. Then we ran down to the Wal mart and got some scented candles and a large bottle of Febreeze. While we were out housekeeping had come and repaired the couch which was good, but the smell was still there. We liberally sprayed the curtains and fabrics with deodorizer and then headed out for dinner. When we returned later the smell was still as strong as ever. That was how the rest of our stay was, multiple scented candles and spraying febreeze before we left. We used 4 sented candles and an entire bottle of febreeze in 3 days . As soon as the candles were out the smell would creep back in. We checked out early the day we left and had to wash all of our clothes at the next hotel as our personal items had been permeated by whatever it was?? Creepy.
Otherwise the place is exactly as advertised, close to the beach and fairly new inside.
Should have been a great stay but sadly that was not the case.
