About this cottage rental
Located 25 minutes from Angers and Saumur, the cottage is ideally located to discover Anjou, the banks of the Loire and its magnificent Loire landscapes accessible in less than 10 minutes for your walks or bike rides.
Sandrine and Cédric welcome you to an old renovated farmhouse for a relaxing stay with activities for children and adults. On site, you can enjoy the farm animals (goats, chickens, etc.) in an 11,000m² garden and the many activities available: shared swimming pool, pétanque court, ping-pong table, table football and board game. darts.
The cottage consists of a kitchen (gas hob, fridge, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, etc.), a living room/living room with dining area, sofa, television, wood stove and table football and two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a television and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC:
- On the ground floor, the "Stable" bedroom with a large double bed 180x200cm is accessible only from outside the gîte (by 1 step).
- Upstairs, the "Le Grenier" bedroom has a large double bed 180x200cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm (additional bed on request).
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, awning and gas plancha.
The swimming pool to be shared with the owners is accessible from 2 [hidden] to 7 [hidden] from May to September depending on the outside temperature (dimensions: 8 x 4 x 1.20m - security barrier).
For your comfort, everything is included in the service: beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning included, wood provided for the stove, ... Parking in the closed courtyard allows you to park your vehicle in complete safety ( truck parking also possible).
Baby equipment provided (baby bed, bath, high chair, playpen, etc.).
The cottage has a washing machine housed under the shed.
During your stay, you can take advantage of the many tourist activities in the surrounding area: the Zoo de la Flèche or the Bioparc de Doué la Fontaine 35 minutes away, the Terra Botanica park 30 minutes away, the Abbey of Fontevraud 45 minutes away, the vineyards of Anjou or Bourgueil or the castles of the Loire less than 1 hour drive (Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Brissac,...).
