This former stable, renovated in 2021, has successfully combined modern amenities with old-world charm (terracotta tiles, exposed beams, bread oven, etc.).
The cottage opens onto a large, bright 55m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a spacious dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with a television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with an adapted shower and toilet.

You will be charmed by the dedicated wellness room with a wood-burning stove for a warm and inviting atmosphere: a two-person whirlpool bath with ambient lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). This room is available for your private use during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined or separated), a shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanity, and a separate toilet.

Enjoy the enclosed, private garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, parasol, sun loungers, swings, a Molkky set, a pétanque court with boules, and a badminton set.

This holiday cottage near Angers puts you 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire River and the vineyards of Anjou, and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau are less than an hour away. For family activities, Terra Botanica and Anjou Aventure parks are 15 minutes away, and La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away.

Just 5 km from the cottage, you can enjoy a pleasant day by the Loir River with its beach, picnic tables, children's playground, open-air café, and opportunities for fishing (lifeguard supervision in July and August).

For stays with babies, full equipment is available upon request: cot, changing table, baby bath, safety gate, and high chair. Wi-Fi internet access, a bicycle storage area, and parking are available.
