DETAILS: The Gulf views from Le Fortune are tremendous! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front townhome sleeps 16 in Miramar Beach. Guests will love being able to walk directly down to the beach and can enjoy incredible Gulf views from all three floors.

Off the townhome’s entryway are a laundry area and a bunk room with full-over-full bunk bed and queen- over- queen bunk bed. A hallway leads to a spacious guest bedroom with a king bed, wet bar, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests can enjoy beautiful beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a grotto-style deck with a sitting spa. Guests can exit through a gate onto a wood deck with a gas grill and steps that lead to the beach below.

An open kitchen, dining, and living space enjoy floor-to-ceiling Gulf views on the second floor. A living area with 2 sectionals opens to an expansive Gulf-front balcony with an outdoor dining table. Guests may also dine indoors at a table that seats 6 and divides the kitchen from the living space. The spacious kitchen has premium Wolf appliances and lots of room to prepare local seafood. Tucked behind the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed, sliding glass doors open to a small balcony, and a shared bathroom with a shower.

On the third floor, a guest bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors open to a small balcony. The room’s private bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Down the hall is a primary bedroom with floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, a wrought-iron king bed, a private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, and a separate shower. A wet bar with a premium Viking wine chiller makes it easy for guests to prepare a cocktail to enjoy outside on the large balcony. Breathing in the salt air and watching for dolphins is a great way to end a perfect beach day.

Guests can explore Miramar Beach on 5 included guest bikes if they can pull themselves away from Le Fortune. With these views and amenities, this townhome will book quickly.
