WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE HOME:
Guests are greeted by an airy and bright living and dining area. The living room features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. The dining area can accommodate up to 14 of your closest family and friends. The stunning gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly around the corner. Swing open the French doors when dinner is done for direct access to a backyard paradise. Enjoy the spacious back patio and 12 x 30 pool with LED lights, perfect for a night swim. The shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little ones splash and play. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for festivities and grilling. When the stars come out, relax in the lounge chairs after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches.
The third floor is all about kids, not excluding your inner child. The media room includes a 50” TV & DVD player. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own well lit privacy areas.

The Frangista Beach neighborhood consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street with convenient restroom facilities. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping, and dining.

BEACH ACCESS: Guests use Miami Street access and have Access to the Community Pool.
GOLF CARTS: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day!
VayKLife: (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heating: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Overall, it was a great stay. The home is located just one street away from the beach, in a mostly quiet neighborhood (it was temporarily loud at times due to spring breakers screaming). There was private access to the beach and to the community pool, that is just across the street. The home also has a heated pool extra cost), which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. Some amenities could be improved, but if you come prepared expecting nothing, it should be fine.

The house was immaculate! We rent a lot of vacation condos/houses and this one was squeaky clean; KUDOS housekeeping crew! (There were thirteen of us; ages 10-62) The management responded to texts VERY QUICKLY and a REAL PERSON answered the phones during business hours. They were so friendly answering my stupid questions about forgotten codes and location of silly things in the house. The pool…OH THE AWESOME POOL! We all LOVED IT! Since we were there in March, I paid to have the pool heated for 100 a day. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! From morning to midnight, someone was always playing or lounging in the big warm pool! (We never went to the community pool that is right across the street.) Here are some “good to know” facts about this house: driveway for three cars, street is more like an alley with very slow moving cars, private security is often strolling and patrolling the neighborhood, coffeemaker but NO KEURIG (I bought one), cookware for large crowd, ten seat comfortably at table with four more on barstools at the counter, we couldn’t figure out how to run the dishwasher and get clean dishes; no biggy, we don’t use dishwashers at home anyway. My recommendations to future renters to buy or bring: extra kitchen towels/dish clothes, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, salt/pepper, paper plates, pool floaties, SUNSCREEN!!!!! and extra toilet paper. We all decided this was the BEST family trip EVER and the house was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Thank you Beach Reunion Vacations via VRBO

The positives: The home is as lovely as pictured -very accommodating for our family of fourteen (infants to adults.) Grandchilden loved their upstairs bedrooms and play space.
I think we were the first rental of the season, and some repairs were needed: A/C for humidity relief, being the main one. The pool was a huge saving grace as the beach air and water are far too cold in first two weeks of April. The gas grill needs replaced. Microwave door needs replaced. Stove top burners need repaired. Our street was lovely, but two streets away are a bit rough.

This was a great property. It was everything we wanted. It was so close to the beach and the pool at the house was perfect for the children. The house was in a great location and walking to different places was so easy. I would recommend this to friends.
