Highlight features include a 19x5 private swimming pool, a patio with a gas grill and dining area, and a private, exclusively gated community pool lushly landscaped for relaxation.

The ground level welcomes guests with two bunk rooms, each outfitted with ensuite baths and capable of sleeping seven, perfect for younger guests. These quarters provide access to a game room equipped with a ping pong table, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size refrigerator-freezer, ensuring entertainment is never far away. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor for easy clean-up after a day at the beach.

Second Floor: Bright and Airy Living Spaces
Step up to the second floor, where you'll find a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light. Double glass doors lead out to a covered veranda with dining and lounging options, offering breezy views of the tropical surroundings. Indoors, relax on the stylish wraparound couch or enjoy a meal at the chic dining alcove with a round table and elegant lighting. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, quartz countertops, and a mottled granite entertainment bar with seating. A king bedroom with an ensuite bath provides a peaceful retreat on this level, complemented by a convenient half bath.

The top floor houses the primary bedroom suite featuring rustic furnishings, a king-size bed, and a luxurious ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. *Additional $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed).

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
