NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.
NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.
NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.
NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.
NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Mariner during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.
NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.

We had 6 families stay here (12 adults & 11 kids). It was great having 8 bedrooms & that each family had their own bathroom. The outdoor area was great! Having another refrigerator would have been nice because with such a large group, we couldn't fit everything into 1 refrigerator. We had to purchase ice daily to keep the ice chests cold. For longer stays, another laundry room would have been a great bonus, but we were only there for 4 nights, so it wasn't a big deal for us this trip. The property manager was very prompt in responding to questions & the check in & check out process was a breeze!

Clean, walking distance to beach, large pool, kitchen well stocked although it took some cabinet searching to find it all. Needs a few more dish towels, but overall great place. Lots of steps but there is a main floor master. Worked well for our reunion.

Beautiful spot, great location. FAQs were very informative. Blinds, door handle, and lights broken upon arrival. Pool people showed up on a different day than owner stated.

The property is great. It is about 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. About 3 days before we got there we were told they don’t furnish toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry soap or dish soap. However, there were 2 rolls of tp in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 of everything else that they don’t furnish. There are no spices of any kind so if you’re planning on cooking bring them. Pots and pans are limited also and no serving bowls. Our family of 18 had to get creative to eat there. There are LOTS of plates and individual bowls and two drawers full of silverware but it sure would’ve been nice to have commonly used dishes instead of so many plates. There is a crockpot, toaster, and a few appliances. In each bathroom there were little motel type bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. I didn’t feel like Todd was very helpful. We loved having the pool in the backyard instead of up front. The overall size of the property was perfect for our family and the openness of the main floor helped keep us connected.
