About this villa rental
A beautiful, family-friendly villa just a short distance from a sandy cove, a tram service with direct connections to Benidorm or Alicante, and a handful of restaurants, making this villa the ideal summer retreat!
The master suite is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with a large private terrace furnished with a table and four chairs—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a relaxing nightcap on balmy summer evenings. This room offers fantastic panoramic views, is air-conditioned, and features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor has two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The ground floor also features the large family bathroom with a shower, the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your self-catering vacation, and the spacious living-dining room
The air-conditioned living room opens directly onto the very large garden and the pool. The garden features two terraces and a barbecue, so you don’t have to be tied to the kitchen, with plenty of lounge chairs to work on your tan!
The pool itself is the main feature, with a large 9 x 5-meter pool, heated during the colder months, and offering views of the sea.
Parking is available on the property.
Electricity:
A meter reading will be taken for electricity. The rate includes 30 kW of usage per day; any additional usage is charged at 0.30€ per kW and must be paid in cash at the end of the stay.

The villa was lovely, with a a great pool & patio area, stunning views over the mountains & sea. The bedrooms were very comfortable & clean with double wardrobes in each. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including an air fryer & George Forman grill. It was a short drive from the airport and beautiful El Campello & La Villajoiosa, as well as 20 minutes to Benidorm.

Two weeks at Los Olivos and we had a great time. House was great, location was good and the pool was perfect. We had hot weather every day and the aircon made it possible to get a good night's sleep.
