About this villa rental
Situated in Coveta Fuma, 2 Km from Campello and 16 Km from Benidorm. For those NOT WISHING TO USE CAR the villa is 1 minute walking from the local electric tram station, the tram goes from Sunrise villa to Campello on to Alicante and in the other direction along the coast wich gives access to the beautiful and varied coast line of this area, Alicante city, Benidorm and the magnificent San Juan Beach . The villa is comprissed of 4 double rooms with 4 twin beds and 2 kingbed, able for 8 persons plus a cupboard bed placed in groundfloor lounge, able for 2 more adults, (occasionally we can also provide 2 extra individual sofa bed, able for 2 more children); 1 en suite bathroom and 3 complete bathroom with shower, 1 independ0ent whirpool bath (jacuzzy), laundry room, 2 large complete fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, owen, microwave, diswasher etc., 1 LIFT PROVIDING WHEELCHAIR, OR ELDERLY ACCESS, 2 large lounge, one in the basement and the other one in first floor, with TV (Including all european football leagues free matches live (U.K, Germany, Italia, France, Spain etc.) and Champions league, worldchampionship etc. , DVD, CD player etc., gas central heating, private swimming pool , private car park inside, BBQ, 3 large covered terraces facing the sea and 800 spq. m. private gardens with palm, olive, pine trees and hundreds of tropical flowers.

Just returned home from a 7 night stay at this villa. We absolutely loved it! Host was very helpful and informative when we checked in giving us a tour of the villa. The two sitting rooms and two kitchens came in very helpful as we were a family of 8 people. We loved that the villa had so many extra towels and was literally a one minute walk from tram stop. Our party ranged from 2 years - 60 years old and it was easy to get around with use of the tram. We loved the outdoor space and private walk down to the beach (although pebbly) for a swim in the sea! The view from the villa is exceptional. The pool isn’t heated but our 2 year old had no issues getting in the water for about 30 minutes at a time. We’re really pleased with our stay and would recommend to other families. Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at the villa. I miss waking up to those beautiful views. Great size, we all loved how there was so many different spaces to sit and eat or just relax with a book. The villa is quite dated and I think could do with a bit of attention in certain areas, however that is made clear in the pictures and the price, it also has a lot of charm and you really felt you were in an authentic Spanish home which I loved. I think the house particularly the kitchens especially the one downstairs could do with a really good deep clean. It’s the outside space that makes this villa special. The tram was great and easy to use. Location is good. Had good communication with the host one evening we came back to our air con not working we let the host know and he had it fixed within an hour. All in all we all had a fantastic holiday here and I would stay here again.

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children, including a young toddler.
German and Maria met us on arrival and showed us around and are very easy to communicate with throughout the holiday.
Unfortunately the property was a disappointment and we would not describe it as a luxury property as advertised., though it is apparent it once was.
The house and garden were not in the condition expected for a luxury villa but we're somewhat neglected.
There had been a problem with blinds, the T.V and WiFi which initially wouldn't work.
The sun loungers were in poor condition and one is in need of repair, as is the pool which also needs some repair around the edges.
The BBQ is very old and falling apart and difficult to light.
There were no toys for the children as advertised which was also a disappointment and the house is generally cluttered and not child friendly.
The basement toilet was also very smelly.
The large tree in the garden is overgrown and blocking light to the house and garden, putting it in the shade in the afternoon and blocking views from the villa.
On the positive side, the bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds are very comfortable.
Despite the issues we still had a good holiday but it is unlikely we will return.
