With street-level access from the development’s private road, it features an uncovered private parking space that can accommodate one small or medium-sized vehicle. Please note that this area also serves as access to the exclusive, covered, and enclosed garage of approximately 30 m², featuring an automatic door measuring 2.50 x 200 meters and operated by remote control (provided upon check-in), which connects directly via the staircase to the first floor and the rest of the home, providing great peace of mind and ensuring safe and quick parking (especially in the summer, when finding parking within the development and/or on nearby public streets is generally very difficult).
Ground Floor:
Entrance hall, restroom, kitchen- Kitchen and living-dining room with a work area overlooking the sea, featuring air conditioning with a heat pump, a 55" TV, and doors leading to a large, open private terrace with a table, 8 outdoor chairs, a parasol, and 1 lounge chair.
First floor:
D1 master bedroom with views of the sea and the residential complex, with air conditioning/heat pump (for cooling and heating), private bathroom,(with a 90x90 cm shower, from which there are also ocean views), 55" HD Smart TV, and a sitting area with a table and 2 armchairs. It also includes a baby crib and a 60 cm sofa bed.
D2: Bedroom 2 with a 135 double bed, ceiling fan, and a relaxation/work area; it features a terrace/balcony facing the interior driveway, with good orientation and ventilation (sea breeze).
1 full bathroom with a 160x80 cm bathtub, adjacent to D1
Second floor:
D3 and D4: double bedrooms with excellent views of the sea and the residential complex, equipped with air conditioning/heat pump (cooling and heating), and a shared bathroom on the same floor (with a 120x70 cm shower).
And a small living room with a 100 cm sofa bed and a 50" HD Smart TV.
The spacious garage includes a laundry area (with an 8-kg washing machine) and an ironing area with an ironing board and an iron.
The kitchen features a sink, a recycling bin, and a reverse osmosis system for treating water for drinking and cooking (with a tap for filtered water at the sink and another in the refrigerator for cold water and ice). Although the water throughout the home is potable and perfectly suitable for drinking or cooking, this “Osmótic” system eliminates the need to buy bottled water; together with the refrigerator, it ensures a constant supply of ice and cold water.
(This “Osmótic” system is maintained—including periodic inspections and filter replacements—by the company Aqualai).
You’ll be staying in a single-family home, which should be treated as if it were your own, but you’ll also be in a private gated community with other homes and neighbors—including children—whose rules must be respected to ensure harmonious living.
