Great friends and family reunion. The location is excellent between the sound and the beach. It is a short walk to the pier for the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet. The teens enjoyed the game room and the outdoor shower after the beach.

We had an amazing time at your beach house.
Everything we needed was there. Short drive to the beach and shorter walk to the sound. Our daughter and her family own 3 blocks south so we were able to spend time with them as well. Would highly recommend.

This vrbo was excellent!! The house is new, clean and well maintained. On one side there is a wooded lot and across the street there were several wooded lots. I felt like I was in the country while having my outside morning coffee. The beds were great and the towels were the softest I ever felt. When I contacted the owner, they would respond in seconds. The beach is across a busy road, but we always found parking at the Hayman parking access. Would I stay at this VRBO again, YES!!
