**This home is listed for sale. Although we will try to schedule all showings between guests, we may require access during your stay. Any showing interruptions will be given a 24 hour notice.
Welcome to Tradewinds #1106! A great complex in the perfect location! Walk to Adventure Island, Big Daddy's Arcade, Souvenir City, and many close by restaurants. Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. This perfectly sized condo is just the right match for your family vacation! Got a large group and need more space? This owner also has another home here in this complex, #906, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons! Just ask us!
Great for the whole family, the Primary Suite contains a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and private access to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom was just reconfigured with a Queen Size Bed and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds, Smart TV, and an attached full bath with a shower/tub combo . Updated pictures are coming. Got extra kiddos? The living room has a pull-out sofa bed. This home has over 950 square feet and boasts all updated furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides a separate pantry to store all your groceries. Enjoy your coffee made from the provided Keurig out on the balcony as you view the beach facing west, which is also perfect for Sunsets.
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (January & February) - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Must Be 25 To Rent with A Valid ID.
Parking Passes are required and purchased upon booking. Each pass is $40 and limited to 2. These passes will be waiting on the kitchen counter for you upon your arrival.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 ranging from ages 4-63. The unit was clean and maintained. We had a blast in the pool and on the beach. The balcony was great for lounging and watching the sunset or boats in the ocean.

We had a hiccup in the beginning of the stay that was no one’s fault but the property manager was quick to fix the issue and accommodate us! Excellent place and excellent location!
