About this apartment rental

Unit 3906 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, is sure to please with its great location and beautiful views. This is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful Gulf front balcony and gulf views.

This is a new unit to the rental program and is very clean! The unit has a fully stocked kitchen. The Living room features a queen pull out sofa. It also has a new flat screen TV. You can enjoy the beautiful DIRECT GULF FRONT VIEWS to the EAST and WEST from the spacious living room.

The master bedroom has direct GULF FRONT VIEWS and access to the GULF FRONT balcony. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with attached master bathroom and jacuzzi bath tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed, with an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos featuring 2 Twin sized beds and GULF FRONT VIEWS. The stacked washer/dryer combo is located in the hallway adjacent the kitchen area.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is ideally located just across the street from stores, restaurants, and a family amusement center. There are also golf courses, water parks, mini golf, paved nature trails, marinas, and theaters nearby.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, 2 outdoor pools, 2 beach boardwalks and a variety of vending machines.

Wireless internet is complementary with your stay.

*Parking passes are $60 each plus tax and one is included with your rental(2 car maximum). Please notify us if you need to add a 2nd parking pass.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 7, allows 2 cars

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25

*No pets allowed

***LONG TERM MONTHLY RENTALS from OCT-FEB are due in full 90 days prior to arrival***

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.

The view up and down the beach was spectacular. The sunrises we're amazing. Highly recommend this unit and location.

If i could change a couple things about the stay would be … 1) have a digital door with a code … having to deive 20 minutes to get actual keys then to keep up with them while at the beach is a negative2) door fram needs to be fixed looks like its been tampered wiyh

Enjoyed our stay. Only two things I could suggest is the place needs new doors/ handles they are rusted and it could also use a new couch, it’s very hard to sit on. The condo has a beautiful view from every window. Plenty of room for my family. Two outdoor pools that were clean and my kids enjoyed. Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

They were doing renovations around the resort and we were not made aware of that . Had to find out on our own . The balcony rails were covered with plastic so you couldn’t see through to the beach and this was a very big thing for us ! My handicapped son was unable to be on his hospital bed and see the beach so this was very disappointing . The master bed on one side you about fell off and we had to put towels under it to be able to hold the mattress up . It also was not cleaned well at all , socks were black on the first night so the floors definitely were not cleaned as they should’ve been .
