Seaside Beach 5415- direct beach front pools sauna

Price was very accommodating for bigger families on a budget. Pool and ocean view was an added plus for early mornings and late evenings. The walk to the ocean was short. Made pulling the wagons with all the toys less daunting. The owners of the room were nice and sent messages about all the check in and check out processes. It was nice to have all that information in one spot. Love that they had a hose and not just showers for rinsing off.

The staff running the building are very strict and with lots of littles that was difficult to handle. There are no umbrellas or shade options at the pool. So if you are burned or have infants that need out of the sun you can’t do anything about it. Also my 1 year old was sucking on a water friendly football (not even throwing it…he’s 1) and we were told he couldn’t have/hold it. We provided it to him to hold just to keep him from crying while giving my older two kiddos time to play in the pool. But the rules are no balls. When we stripped the kids from swimming we laid their swim covers ups on the balcony railing for a second while we got them in the shower and before we knew it we had knocks on our doors about removing them. It was there only for a transition phase, not a permanent spot. As a mom, I felt defeated at times trying to follow all the rules and still have fun. Seems like a better spot for older families than young ones.

Curtains and bedspread in master bd need to be replaced.

The location is great. The beach was fantastic. It was a decent condo. It was clean and spacious. They had all appliances and kitchen gadgets that were needed. The pool was nice. Beach access was close.The A/C worked great.

The beds were absolutely horrible. All of the mattresses were terrible. We went and bought air mattresses to sleep on. Those were more comfy than the beds. The shower curtains were terrible. The sliding door was hell to open and shut. The pots provided need to be thrown away. Good thing I brought my own. There is black mold around all vents. Thats gross. The toilets are soooo small and should be upgraded. The pool should be cleaned daily. It was a nice spot but was kinda dirty. My husband played pool boy a few tines. The construction was a little annoying, but understandable it needed to be done.
