The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is spotless, comfy and the location is perfect. The building is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Place was convenient and a very nice size for a family of four or five. Condo was a little warn but nothing major. Water pressure in master bath was poor. Pool is not connected to beach. It was not perfect but I would stay there again.

The unit was in a nice location with a beach view. The unit is average inside with stained carpet and very poor kitchen supplies. Tne master bed is lopsided and the sheets were of poor quality. The resort itself is nice and the restaurant and bar- Sala e Pepe is great. Vacasa was not helpful at alll when i asked for a 2 hour extension from the 10am departure time. The unit was not rented for our departure day they informed me but said they just don’t like offer any accommodation to paying customers.
