About this house rental
A gorgeous home located on the south end of Marco Island close to the Marriott Crystal Shores (Winterberry) public beach access. A five minute walk to Marco Walk Plaza. There you’ll find multiple restaurants, a movie theater, lots of shopping and more. Mini golf and an ice cream parlor too!
This well maintained home has a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings. There is plenty of room in this 3 Bedroom / 2 bath home to accommodate six people. Some features include a separate dining room, family/sitting areas, breakfast bar & nook, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile flooring throughout the home. You’ll easily find your way around the kitchen which is well stocked with dinnerware, stainless cookware and lots more! The master en-suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. All the glass sliders open onto a beautiful lanai where you can soak up the southern exposure. The sliders can be armed with a safety beep upon request. Enjoy the private, 20’ x 14’ newly renovated heated pool and spa. All surrounded by lush tropical plants. The lanai area has lots of comfortable furniture, a new gas grill and outdoor speakers. Pool towels are provided for your convenience as well as pool floats, etc.
Back inside there are Smart TV's, a DVD player and free WiFi for your entertainment.
If needed, there is a Bruno wheelchair lift located in the garage. There is also one garage parking space and three off street parking spaces on site.
We hope your walk to the beach is just a little bit better with the provided beach chairs, coolers and carts. Or, maybe you prefer a cruise on a bike to the beach. We have four available bikes to enjoy!

We’ve enjoyed four fantastic stays at this home on Marco Island and are already looking forward to a fifth visit. The house is immaculate, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. This house is perfectly located. The only time we needed to use our car was for trips to the supermarket—we were able to walk everywhere else.The outdoor space is even more impressive. The south-facing pool area gets sunshine throughout the day, making it the perfect place to relax. The owners also provide everything needed for the beach, which is only a 10–12 minute walk away. Four bikes are available as well, and my wife and I especially enjoyed exploring the island by bike during our last stay—even if we did get caught in a brief rain shower!For food lovers, some of Marco Island’s best restaurants are within a five-minute walk, including our favorites, The Oyster Society and DaVinci Ristorante.Melissa is an exceptional host and has always been responsive and available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.

We just finished our vacation on Marco Island. We stayed in this house for 10 days and it was perfect. It is the nicest house we've ever stayed in. Its location is perfect. You are about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach...around a quarter-mile. They have all the beach amenities you need. Everyday we used the dolly and 4 chairs when we went to the beach. The bikes were great. We used them more than we thought we would. The pool was amazing. We spent almost all of our time on the covered patio and in the pool when we were at the house. Water temp was perfect. The hot tub worked great. There are ceiling fans in every room. The host was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive. When we come back to Marco Island we will stay at this house.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect, a lovely quiet neighborhood, yet only a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we could need. We so enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub and playing cards on the patio with outside speakers for music. There is not a thing to improve!

This was our third year staying at this property and before we left we booked for next year. This is a wonderful home. All the amenities of home, very comfortable. Well stocked supplies, towels, kitchen items, etc. Lovely secluded pool and hot tub. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai listening to the waterfall in the pool. House was immaculate upon our arrival. Very short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodated any requests we had within reason. We love this house and after searching and staying at many home in Marco over the years, we have found a winner!
