Ideally located, this two-bedroom apartment, approximately 60 m², is on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
There is no parking, but free parking is available on the main street and in the surrounding areas.
The living room features a seating area, TV (the apartment does not have Wi-Fi), and a dining area, opening onto a small balcony facing the street.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker.
The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) and a walk-in closet for maximum comfort. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a separate toilet. The second bedroom also features a double bed (140 cm), providing two beds, a closet, and a view of the Parc Mauresque.
All local shops (market, restaurants, boutiques, bike rental) as well as the beach for afternoon swimming or picnics and bike paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you're arriving by train.

Myself, husband and two children enjoyed three nights at this apartment which is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants and amenities. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a well stocked kitchen and good sized rooms. The lack of air con was missed at night but only as we stayed at a particularly hot time. Overall a great stay in Arcachon.
