About this apartment rental
Located on the second floor of a secure residence, our apartment was refurbished in late 2016. Very bright, it faces south, with a large balcony where you can take your meals.
Living room of 25 m2 with fully equipped American kitchen (MLL & MLV)
A corridor with a large 4-door wardrobe (wardrobes / shelves) gives access to the two bedrooms, the shower room and the separate WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a large 160 cm bed and a chest of drawers with direct access to the balcony.
The second has 2 x 80 beds that can be used separately or as a single 160 bed. It is equipped with a cupboard with shelves.
The bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower (2017)
The apartment has a secure parking space and a bicycle garage common to the building.
Located a stone's throw from the market, it gives access to numerous local shops.

The Godets are lovely, gracious people and the property is in an exceptional location in Arcachon with great parking, a nice amount of space, really good shower, nice climate control, nice building. We’re giving 4 stars since we felt some things could use a little updating. But we had an amazing stay and love Arcachon.
